This is a luminous red with black stripes cellulose acetate hair pin / barrette, in the style of Lea Stein jewelry, and it was made in France. The barrette measures about 3" long and 7/8" tall. The barrette is in excellent, unused condition. It's still sealed in the original packaging, which is shelf worn, but has done a great job of preserving the barrette!
