I was made in France and is a Size 44, which roughly translates to XL or 14 or 16 in the US but the Shift style makes it roomy so could be even a Plus Size. It is a is a must-have for any Unique, vintage mid century fashion enthusiast. Intended for Holiday, Gala, Wedding Guest or Special Occasions (and with a vey $$$ cost in the early 80's) it is perfect for both party/cocktail and workwear occasions. The dress is made of a luxurious blend of 55% wool, and 45% cotton.
