Description: An outstanding and highly sought after antique salt, pepper, and spice (white pepper) set in a gorgeous caddy. This was reclaimed from the estate of a collector who specialized in hotel sets, and this piece graced the dining room tables at the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan during the 1930s. The third decanter was often used for white pepper, which was customarily used for the Waldorf's sauces, soups, potatoes, pastas, and seafood.
